SYDNEY AIRPORT CURFEW ACT 1995 - SECT 10

  (1)   An aircraft taking off from Sydney Airport between 10.45 pm and 11 pm must take off from runway 16L or runway 16R unless the take - off is permitted under Division   2 of Part   3.

  (2)   The operator of an aircraft commits an offence if:

  (a)   the operator engages in conduct; and

  (b)   the operator's conduct results in a contravention of subsection   (1).

Penalty:   500 penalty units.

  (3)   Strict liability applies to paragraph   (2)(b).
