Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, approve the draft scheme (as originally developed or as amended by the * Compliance Committee or the Minister) if, and only if, the Minister is satisfied that the scheme is consistent with section 49.
(2) If the Minister approves the draft scheme, the Minister must, by legislative instrument, determine that the Compliance Scheme for Sydney Airport is the scheme that has been approved. The determination must:
(a) set out the scheme in full; and
(b) specify the day on which the scheme is to come into force as the Compliance Scheme.
