Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an agreement between Australia and another country or countries provides for the establishment of an international organisation whose sole or principal function is to carry on activities in outer space, this Division does not apply in relation to anything done in accordance with the agreement.
(2) This section applies whether the agreement was made before or after the commencement of this Act.
