Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in writing, vary or revoke an authorisation certificate held by a person.
(2) The Minister must give notice of the variation or revocation to the person. The notice must specify the day the variation or revocation takes effect.
