SPACE (LAUNCHES AND RETURNS) ACT 2018 - SECT 53

    A person commits an offence if:

  (a)   the person is given a direction under paragraph   52(2)(c) or (d); and

  (b)   the person does an act or omits to do an act; and

  (c)   the act or omission contravenes the direction.

Penalty:   100 penalty units.
