Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the Minister grants, varies, revokes, suspends or transfers any of the following, the Minister may cause to be published on the Department's website a notice setting out such information as the Minister considers appropriate:
(a) a launch facility licence;
(b) an Australian launch permit;
(c) an Australian high power rocket permit;
(d) an overseas payload permit;
(e) a return authorisation;
(f) an authorisation certificate.
(2) If the grant, variation, revocation, suspension or transfer is in relation to an individual, the notice may include the name of the individual, but must not include any other personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy Act 1988 ) about the individual.
