Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The launch party for the launch of a high power rocket is liable to pay compensation for any damage the rocket causes to a third party on Earth or in the air.
(2) However, the launch party is not liable to the extent that the launch party establishes that the damage resulted from:
(a) the negligence of the third party; or
(b) any conduct (whether by act or omission) that the third party engaged in with intent to cause the damage.
