Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) When the Minister grants an Australian launch permit, overseas payload permit or authorisation certificate authorising the launch of a space object, the Minister must allocate to the space object a registration number by which it can be identified.
(2) The Minister may allocate a registration number to a space object at any other time.
