Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA determination made by the Minister under the definition of block grant authority in subsection 4(1) of the former Act and in force immediately before 1 January 2005 is taken to be a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of the definition of block grant authority in section 4 of this Act.
