Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person who causes, instructs, induces, aids or permits another person to do an act that is unlawful under Division 1, 2, 3 or 5 of Part II shall, for the purposes of this Act, be taken also to have done the act.
