SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 57

Authorised persons

  (1)   The Finance Minister may, by writing, appoint a person to be an authorised person for the purposes of subsection   49(2).

  (2)   The Minister may, by writing, appoint a person to be an authorised person for the purposes of subsection   53(2).
