SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 61

    On the corporatisation date:

  (a)   the Snowy Mountains Hydro - electric Authority is abolished; and

  (b)   the Snowy Mountains Council is abolished;

to the extent that they were, immediately before that date, constituted or recognised as legal entities by any Act.
