Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Trust must provide each community advisory committee with documents and information relevant to matters on which the committee is to give advice or recommendations.
(2) In making decisions or taking action in respect of a plan area, the Trust must consider any advice or recommendation of the relevant committee.
