Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, the Commonwealth incurs costs or liabilities in respect of the interim Trust, then the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust must pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to those costs or liabilities.
(2) The amount may be recovered by the Commonwealth as a debt due to the Commonwealth in a court of competent jurisdiction.
