Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe annual report prepared by the members and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must also include:
(a) a description of the condition of plan areas at the end of the period; and
(b) the text of all directions, and reasons for directions, given by the Minister to the Trust under section 9 during the period.
