SYDNEY HARBOUR FEDERATION TRUST ACT 2001 - SECT 70A

    The Trust may charge a reasonable fee for copies of the following documents:

  (a)   draft plans and plans approved under Part   5;

  (b)   submissions made under Part   5 on:

  (i)   proposals to prepare draft plans; and

  (ii)   draft plans; and

  (iii)   amendments to draft plans;

  (c)   any other documents made available by the Trust.
