STEVEDORING INDUSTRY ACT 1965 - SECT 5

General provisions with respect to port quotas

    Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (3.) the words "a Union" and inserting in their stead the words "the Union in relation to the port".
