Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe reference in subsection ( 1) of section 10 of the Superannuation Act 1922 - 1967 to benefits under that Act shall be read as including a reference to increases in pensions payable by virtue of section 4 of this Act and a reference to pensions payable by virtue of section 5 of this Act.
