Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Where the Minister or an inspector makes a decision of a kind referred to in subsection 75(1) and gives to a person whose interests are affected by the decision notice in writing of the making of the decision, that notice shall include a statement to the effect that:
(a) subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 , application may be made by or on behalf of that person to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of that decision; and
(b) application may be made in accordance with section 268 of that Act by or on behalf of that person for a statement of reasons (within the meaning of that Act).
(2) Any contravention of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
