Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia for an offence against a provision of this Act must not be instituted except with the written consent of the Minister, or of a person authorised in writing by the Minister to give such consents.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to proceedings instituted by the Regulator or a person authorised in writing by the Regulator.
(3) Nothing in this section affects the operation of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act 1983 .
