Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Upon the registration of a ship in the General Register or International Register, the Registrar must grant a registration certificate for the ship.
(2) The registration certificate must:
(a) be in the approved form; and
(b) contain the particulars relating to the ship that were entered in the relevant register; and
(c) contain such other matters as are prescribed.
