Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsEach register book kept by a registrar of British ships at a port in Australia under the previous law shall be deemed to be part of the Register to be kept in pursuance of this Act, and any documents retained by such a registrar that are associated with the register book kept by him or her shall be retained by the Registrar and kept at the Registration Office.
