Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson are to hold office, subject to this Act, for such term, not exceeding 5 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but are eligible for re - appointment.
(2) An appointed member other than the Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson is to hold office, subject to this Act, for such term, not exceeding 3 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible for re - appointment.
