Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If an employer pays the full amount of compensation payable under this Act to an employee in respect of an injury the employee must notify all other employers against whom a claim was made that the employee has received compensation in respect of the injury.
(2) Subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
