Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Comcare may charge an employer the prescribed fee for the provision of a Comcare officer's services for the purposes of section 78.
(2) The regulations may make provision for the recovery of such fees as are prescribed for the provision of a Comcare officer's services for the purposes of section 78.
