SEAFARERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1992 - SECT 87

    As soon as practicable after the employer makes a reviewable decision, the employer must cause to be served on the claimant a notice in writing setting out:

  (a)   the terms of the decision; and

  (b)   the reasons for the decision; and

  (c)   a statement to the effect that, subject to the ART Act, application may be made to the ART for review of the decision to which the notice relates.
