Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Management requirements are any requirements specified in regulations made for the purposes of this section.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may require certain management activities to be conducted within Australia, including specified activities relating to any or all of the following:
(a) strategic management;
(b) technical management;
(c) commercial management;
(d) crew management.
