SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 1061ZVDB

    Upon the death of a person who owes an SSL debt to the Commonwealth, the debt is taken to have been paid.

Note:   SSL debts are not provable in bankruptcy: see subsection   82(3AB) of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 .
