Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an amount that was a debt due to the Commonwealth under Part 8 of the Student Assistance Act 1973 (as in force immediately before 1 July 1998) remained still due immediately before that day, that amount is a debt that is due to the Commonwealth under this Act.
