SOCIAL SECURITY ACT 1991 - SECT 1232

    If a debt is recoverable by the Commonwealth by means of legal proceedings under:

  (a)   Part   5.2 of this Act; or

  (b)   the 1947 Act; or

  (c)   the Social Security (Fares Allowance) Rules   1998 ;

the debt is recoverable by the Commonwealth in a court of competent jurisdiction.
