Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A remote engagement program payment is not payable to a person in the circumstances (if any) specified by a legislative instrument made under subsection (2).
(2) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, specify circumstances in which a remote engagement program payment is not payable to a person.
