Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsQuarterly energy supplement is payable to a person for each day for which an election by the person under subsection 915A(1) or 1061VA(1) is in force in relation to a social security payment the person is receiving.
Note: Section 918 may affect the person's qualification for quarterly energy supplement.
