Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf a person who is the holder of a concession card ceases, otherwise than by virtue of section 104 or 105, to be qualified for the card, the card is cancelled by force of this section on the day on which the person ceases to be so qualified.
