SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 121
Definition
In this Subdivision:
"adverse determination" means a determination under subsection 77(1) or
(3) determining that a seniors health card, or a health care card that is
income - tested for a person, is to be cancelled or under section 86 or
87.
