SOCIAL SECURITY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1999 - SECT 123M
Protection of principal against liability for actions of nominee
Nothing in this Part has the effect of rendering a person guilty
of an offence against this Act in respect of any act or omission of the
person's correspondence nominee.
