Determination for purposes of sections 13 and 14

The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine a class of persons for the purposes of paragraphs 13(1)(aa), (2)(aa), (3)(aa) and (3A)(aa) and 14(1)(aa), (2)(aa), (3)(aa) and (3A)(aa).
