SMALL SUPERANNUATION ACCOUNTS ACT 1995 - SECT 33

Deposit not held on trust etc.

  (1)   A deposit, or purported deposit, made in respect of an individual is not held on trust.

  (2)   A deposit, or purported deposit, made in respect of an individual is not repayable or refundable except as provided by this Act.
