SAFE WORK AUSTRALIA ACT 2008 - SECT 13

    The Minister must, by written instrument, appoint a person to be the voting member who represents the Commonwealth.

Note:   The person may be reappointed: see section   33AA of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 .
