TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 143D

    If a determination is in force under subsection   143A(1) or (2), the ACCC must publish on its website a list setting out the names of the persons who:

  (a)   have elected to be bound by the determination; and

  (b)   have not cancelled the election concerned.
