TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 272

Number - database operator and eligible number - database person

  (1)   For the purposes of this Part, a number - database operator is a person in respect of which a determination is in force under subsection   472(1).

  (2)   For the purposes of this Part, an eligible number - database person is a person who is:

  (a)   a number - database operator; or

  (b)   an employee of a number - database operator; or

  (c)   a number - database contractor; or

  (d)   an employee of a number - database contractor.
