Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA reference in this Division to an associate of a carrier, carriage service provider or number - database operator is a reference to:
(a) an employee of the carrier, provider or operator; or
(b) a person (other than an employee) who performs services for or on behalf of the carrier, provider or operator; or
(c) an employee of a person covered by paragraph (b).
