Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The ACMA may, by written instrument, require any person who is a manufacturer or importer of specified customer equipment or specified customer cabling to apply to the equipment or cabling a label that indicates whether the equipment or cabling meets the requirements of the section 376 standards specified in the instrument.
(2) An instrument under this section is a legislative instrument.
