Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If there is a numbering scheme manager, the allocation system determined by the ACMA under this Subdivision may be prepared by the numbering scheme manager.
(2) However, the ACMA must not determine an allocation system that does not meet the ACMA's requirements (including in relation to the Telecommunications (Numbering Charges) Act 1997 ).
