Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) This section applies if the ACMA considers that it is appropriate and practicable to hold a public inquiry under this Division about a matter relating to:
(a) the performance of any of the ACMA's telecommunications functions; or
(b) the exercise of any of the ACMA's telecommunications powers.
(2) The ACMA may hold such an inquiry about the matter.
