TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT 1997 - SECT 53A

Copy of application to be given to Communications Access Coordinator

  (1)   The ACMA must give a copy of the application to a Communications Access Coordinator.

  (2)   For the purposes of sections   56A and 59, the application is taken not to have been received by the ACMA until the copy is received by a Communications Access Coordinator.
