Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe object of this Part, when read together with various other provisions of telecommunications laws that refer to a Telstra successor company or a designated Telstra successor company, is to achieve regulatory equivalence between:
(a) Telstra as it stood at the end of July 2021; and
(b) companies that are the successors (whether immediate or otherwise) of Telstra.
