Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf, before a journalist information warrant issued under this Subdivision ceases to be in force, the Director - General of Security is satisfied that the grounds on which the warrant was issued have ceased to exist, he or she must:
(a) forthwith inform the Attorney - General accordingly; and
(b) takes such steps as are necessary to ensure that the making of authorisations under the authority of the warrant is discontinued.
