Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) After the end of a financial year beginning on or after 1 July 2023, the Corporation must prepare and give to the Minister a Financial Outlook Report that sets out the matters prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The Report must be given to the Minister on or before the next 15 October after the end of the financial year.
(3) The Report must be published on the Corporation's website within 10 business days after it is given to the Minister.
