Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Part 2A applies to the Commonwealth, when undertaking insurance under Part VI (about the Defence Service Homes Insurance Scheme) of the Defence Service Homes Act 1918 , in the same way as Part 2A applies to a general insurer.
(2) Part 2A binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth to the extent provided in subsection (1), but nothing in that Part makes the Crown liable to a pecuniary penalty.
