Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A * Board member may resign his or her appointment by giving the Minister a written resignation. The resignation must specify a day from which the resignation will take effect.
(2) The * Chair may resign his or her appointment without resigning his or her appointment as a * Board member.
